Trivia
- Its arcade card never appeared in any release edition, but the barcode was available in the machine and can be played if the game is mildly hacked (that is, to scan the corresponding barcode for it). It is also featured in the website's Dinosaur Museum. This probably means that Sega had intended to release it but ultimately didn't (perhaps resulting from Dinosaur King's hasty discontinuation).
- It is seen on the Kakushin 5th Edition Big Foot Assault card, similar to other dinosaurs only introduced in the following (and final) wave, implying that to be the wave it was meant to be part of.
- Being programmed into the arcade but without a released card puts it into a similar position as the unnamed "Golden Bird Move Card", though that Move was never featured in other media, unlike Siamotyrannus.
- Despite not properly being in the arcade game, it is part of both the DS Game and TCG without issue.
- Despite being identified as a metriacanthosaurid, Siamotyrannus is inaccurately depicted with a tyrannosaur-like appearance.
