[Black Dinosaur]: Before you Dino Slash this Dinosaur, you must send 2 Wind Dinosaurs you have in play to your discard pile. This Dinosaur can't use Fusion Moves.

This dinosaur was presumably altered from a Megaraptor fossil and revived, similar to how Seth created Black Tyrannosaurus, but the TCG has no direct story to confirm its origin.
