The card was found by the A-Team in a mine in Japan. They used it against the D-Team, but Tank caused Futabasaurus to leave the battle.

The plesiosaur somehow ended up in a nearby lake, where it befriended Zoe. When the Alpha Gang retrieved its card and used it again, Futabasaurus fought on the D-Team's side, defeating the Alpha Gang's dinosaurs single-handedly.

Mesozoic Meltdown

It was used again to fight the Ophthalmosaurus summoned by Jobaria's Ocean Panic, distracting them, and then luring them into the path of Spiny's Ultimate Water.
