Archaeopteryx Charm (Shiso Tori no Mamori, "Archaeopteryx's Protection"; 始祖鳥のまもり) is a Normal Move Card. It only appeared in the arcade game.

- Effect: After you are inflicted with a status condition, stat reduction, or Move blocking effect, Archaeopteryx comes and removes it, also healing you a little! This Move can only be triggered twice in a battle per dinosaur.

- Like most boosting or healing Moves, it can only be triggered twice per dinosaur in a given battle.
- It can heal more than one status effect per use.
- This Move cancels out any sort of Blocking effects, Move Removal effects, Stat Lowering effects, Poison, and some other effects listed below.
- Archaeopteryx Charm is currently known to counter effects caused by the following moves: Critical Block, Move Block, Shockwave (this also covers Partner Assistance in Tag Team Battles), Ocean Panic, Soft Beam, Sand Trap, Sonic Blast, Plasma Anchor, Galli Rush, Struthio Rush, Dromiceio Rush, Triple Headbutt, Stun Dash, Skydive, Crystal Crusher, Move Breaker, Banana Surprise, Aqua Vortex, Venom Fang, Tie Bomb, Haste, and Tie Trap.
- It also counters the effects caused by Poison Type and Impact Type.
- This Move will still activate even if it has been Blocked or Removed.
