This form was used by Foolscap to take on the D-Team in the Ancient Japan chapter but was defeated by DinoTector Chomp. It is not clear what happened to Amargasaurus after his defeat (whether he returned to his card and was then picked up by the D-Team or Foolscap).

- Amargasaurus' Spectral Armor, while close to the anime's Water Dinosaurs', is still unique, the neck plate appearing to be reduced to mere scattered hexagons to make room for its neck spines, and there seeming to be a second pair of side-leaning spikes on its back/hip armor, while the others only had one side-leaning pair of shoulder spikes with the rest down their whole length being unpaired and centered.
